Brew Chat: Health & Beer Edition

Dr. Jason Holt has a degree in biochemistry and a doctorate in osteopathic medicine and a lifelong passion for learning. After his Emergency Medicine residency in Brooklyn, NY he “retired” to snowboard in Colorado and Utah. An injury and his love of learning and drinking good beer led him to join his son in Alaska, where he met his wonderful wife and 49th State Brewing!

To assist with brewing questions, Alaska Pacific Beverage Company GM, Jaime Jurado, will be on-site.
